  • Explanations of what weight to use and how to progress

  • When/why/how to do cardio

  • Explanations of what to eat to reach your goals

  • TikTok myth-busting

  • How to stop yo-yoing (the cycle of being 100% perfect, then falling WAY off and starting over)
